1. Services
We offer a range of film equipment rental services, including but not limited to cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and accessories. Our services are available to both professionals and amateurs in the film industry.
2. Eligibility
To rent equipment from us, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid government-issued identification document. By agreeing to these terms, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Reservations and Cancellations
- Equipment reservations must be made in advance through our website or customer service.
- Cancellation policies will apply, and specific details will be provided at the time of reservation. Fees may apply for late cancellations or modifications.
4. Rental Period
- The rental period is specified in your rental agreement. Late returns will incur additional charges.
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, except for normal wear and tear.
5. Payment
- Payment for rental services must be made at the time of reservation or as agreed upon in the rental agreement.
- We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.
6. Deposit
- A security deposit may be required for certain items. The deposit will be refunded upon the return of the equipment in satisfactory condition.
7. Use of Equipment
- The rented equipment may only be used for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others.
- You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented equipment during the rental period.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the rented equipment.
- Our liability shall be limited to the total amount paid for the rental.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CinePlanet and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from or in connection with your use of the rented equipment.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Serbia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
