ARRI SRH-360
Premium Three-Axis Stabilized Remote Head

The ARRI SRH-360 is a premium three-axis stabilized remote head engineered to bring cinematic cameras into motion with precision, fluidity, and confidence. Designed for productions where stability, manoeuvrability, and shot versatility are mission-critical, it extends beyond the limits of traditional support systems—delivering controlled, rock-steady movement for dynamic sequences, vehicle work, crane setups, aerial rigs, and studio environments alike.
At its core, the SRH-360 features a high-performance stabilization platform across pan, tilt, and roll. Built to maintain image integrity under real production conditions—high speeds, long lenses, heavy camera builds, and external vibration—it ensures smooth, composed motion even in demanding scenarios. The integrated slip ring enables unlimited 360° pan rotation, eliminating mechanical constraints and allowing continuous, uninterrupted movement without resets. This freedom is essential for complex choreography, sustained tracking shots, and expressive camera movement.
Engineered for professional cinema payloads, the SRH-360 supports fully rigged large-format camera systems. Weighing only 11.6 kg, the SRH-360 is significantly lighter than many comparable systems, while offering an impressive payload capacity of up to three times its own weight. Heavy lenses and accessorized builds remain balanced and responsive, preserving stabilization performance while allowing quick rig adaptations. The reduced weight directly impacts production efficiency.
On cranes and arms, there is no need for excessive counterbalancing—often reducing total system weight. This simplifies transport, rigging, and repositioning, and allows crews to work with lighter support equipment while maintaining performance. For vehicle-mounted work, the lighter construction results in lower G-forces acting on the rig during acceleration, braking, and cornering. This reduces mechanical stress and increases operational reliability in dynamic driving scenarios.
Remote operation is central to the SRH experience. Integrated within the ARRI ecosystem, the head pairs seamlessly with control systems such as Digital Remote Wheels, Encoder Heads, and Master Grips, delivering intuitive, precise response to operator input. Subtle framing refinements and complex dynamic moves translate predictably, maintaining creative intent throughout execution.
One of its key advantages is long-range remote operation. With appropriate radio configuration, the head can be controlled from video village or the director’s tent at distances of up to few miles. This gives productions greater logistical freedom and allows key creatives to work comfortably while maintaining precise, real-time camera control.
Where motion defines the shot, the SRH-360 thrives. Fast tracking sequences, sweeping crane moves, aggressive acceleration, compound axis transitions, and long-lens stabilization can be executed fluidly and repeatably. Its ability to absorb centrifugal forces and external disturbances ensures footage remains cinematic from the first frame to the last.
